I’m Nour Halimeh, a psychologist and emotional intelligence specialist with a Master’s in Military Psychology and certifications in Rapid transformational therapy, hypnotherapy, Emotional intelligence assessor, and Mind-Body Eating Coaching. My approach integrates science and soul — combining therapy, education, and holistic healing.

Over the years, I’ve supported individuals, schools, and organizations worldwide to overcome emotional blocks, regulate stress, and lead with clarity and purpose. Emotional Intelligence & Regulation Workshop with Dr. Halimeh We were honored to host psychologist Dr. Halimeh for a powerful and engaging session with our middle school students, focusing on emotional intelligence and emotional regulation. Nour has been instrumental in my recovery process. Starting with validating my feelings and mental state made me feel heard and understood when I was going through a severe case of postpartum depression. I still clearly remember that RTT session... it wasn't just smooth, it was like a guided journey straight to the core of my memories, stripping away all the distorted layers I'd built up. The questions you asked weren't leading, they were unlocking – pure recall of memories... memories that had been percieved differently. And that release at the end? Unforgettable.
